LinkByte provides lead generation services through various digital advertising channels including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Our services are designed to help businesses identify and connect with potential customers.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Operate a legitimate business
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Terms

4.1 Lead Generation Services

LinkByte will provide qualified leads based on the criteria agreed upon during the onboarding process. Lead pricing varies by advertising channel and is clearly communicated before service commencement.

4.2 Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads will meet the following criteria:

• Genuine interest in your product or service
• Accurate contact information
• Match your specified target demographics
• Compliance with applicable privacy laws

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due per qualified lead delivered. Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding customer contact
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain the confidentiality of lead information

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or products
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Misleading or deceptive business practices
• Adult content or services
• Gambling or betting services
• Cryptocurrency or investment schemes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the LinkByte platform remain the property of LinkByte. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

LinkByte's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will make efforts to minimize disruption to ongoing campaigns.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Angelo, Texas.
